“I messed up my order and customer service did great to help. I ordered a planner and notebook, both gold foiled. Gold foiled cost an extra $5 each. To be honest, its not worth. I expected the all the constellations to be foiled but less than half were. What is the point in that. You are already foiling it why cheap out. The crane notebook had even less. Both would have been gorgeous with full foil.”

Hi there - I do apologise for any disappointment caused here! Our foiling is added to parts of the design, rather than over the entire cover, which can be seen in our product imagery. “I’d been having the worst time trying to find a paper planner I loved. It was late January and I hadn’t ordered anything yet and I opened an email blast from Better Homes & Gardens and the Papier ad caught my eye. It had the layout I wanted and the most beautiful cover from a collab they did with the V&A in London — I had found my planner! Even though it was custom, it shipped super quick which was great because I couldn’t wait to start using it. I’m very pleased with the quality and will definitely recommend Papier to friends.”

“The photo card was sent direct to someone else as a birthday gift. I have not yet had feedback from the recipient as it is not her birthday yet, so I cannot give a complete review at this time. My experience of using Papier for the first time was good - once I'd got the hang of how to upload photos!”

“The card was a fantastic design and arrived quickly. Great concept. The website did at times freeze and not allow me to add photos so I had to keep going back and refreshing but, I got there eventually. I would have liked the colours to be a little brighter as they came out duller than expected.”

“amazing xx cutest diary ever, best layout. i love the goals section, and the monthly calendar I use for birthdays. Best of all is the week layout over the two pages, it is so easy to see your whole week ahead without having to flip through.”
