“Ordering was easy and efficient. Package arrived quickly, but the item in the package wasn’t what I ordered. Bummer… The response to my problem was fast and helpful. I did have to return it, but your prompt response in creating the label for the return was great. So your customer service was excellent! Now I will get my refund in the next few days. Thanks!”
