“They sent the wrong item so I am having to faff about before Xmas to try and get it sorted out so I have a present ready for 25th”

“Parcels came from 2 different suppliers so when returning was double the price to send back 2 parcels some of the items arrived with no bags or tags on them which doesn't look good when a xmas present.”
