I am so sorry to hear one of your items was cancelled, our partner stores work incredibly hard to ensure there is stock accuracy, however unfortunately there are occasions where they don't have the item in stock, in which case a full refund is processed as soon as possible. Regarding the item the other item, the tracking information provided to us by our courier partner shows that it was delivered. “I accidentally ordered the wrong size so i sent my shoes back. when they refunded me they didn't refund the shipping on my end or theres, so i ended up losing $20”

“The shop who sent my shoes didn't have the color I ordered. So, they sent me a different color without contacting me and told me I could mail them back if I didn't like the shoes.”

Unfortunately, I am not able to find any communication from you about the issue with your order and can see you registered the return as the shoes were too large and not because they were incorrect. We would never expect a customer to cover the return shipping cost of an order if they received the wrong item so we can of course provide you with a free returns label if the shoes are incorrect. “My shoes arrived in a soaking wet box.. within a shipping bag. I’m not sure if it left Parade like that, or somehow in shipping the seemingly waterproof bag allowed enough water to ruin the shoe box. I let the shoes air dry and they seemed to be I damaged. Very shocked to see that.”
