“My shoes arrived in a soaking wet box.. within a shipping bag. I’m not sure if it left Parade like that, or somehow in shipping the seemingly waterproof bag allowed enough water to ruin the shoe box. I let the shoes air dry and they seemed to be I damaged. Very shocked to see that.”

“I have my specifics i like to skate with and when I can find them at my local, Parade usually is able to come through. Bushings, Bearings, Certain decks, ect. Always know ill find what I need”

“I love my shoes - but they were delivered with a half-eaten stale cookie stuffed in them. I would have expected something coming from the company as a nugget of I'm sorry but nothing. Just that they talked to the supplier. I will not use this company again.”
