“Wow! Great service - my order arrived the next day with a friendly hand-written note and the whole experience felt much nicer than buying via a brand. Upon checking I can confirm that your order arrived exactly two weeks after this was placed. Your order was placed on the 28th of November and was delivered on the 12th of Dec, which is unfortunately 5 days late if we take in consideration the normal 3-6 working days delivery timeframe.
