“They cancelled one item on my order after they shipped the other items. Explanation; not available. Needed all the items. The orders arrived a day later than than max. Even though I paid $25 for shipping.”

Hi Larry, Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear you are not 100% satisfied by your experiencing with Parade. I have had a look at your order and can see that the trucks were cancelled as they were no longer in stock. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue. The other two items in your order were delivered to you within 3 working days. As Parade is a marketplace, items often ship from different locations which is why there are sometimes multiple shipping costs but this can be avoided by ordering items from the same seller.
