“I ordered two t-shirts for my Grandson, to be sent to him for his 13th Birthday. They were from two separate outlets. Imagine my disappointment when his Mum rang me, on his Birthday, to say one of the tops, I had ordered boys XL, an adult XL had been sent. My daughter is in the process of returning the t-shirt. The fact you have to pay delivery as two separate outlets, and then the t-shirt is wrong size, I might be reluctant to order further goods.”

Hello Sandra, Thank you for reaching out. I have looked into your order and the order placed was actually for 1 x children's Independent Trucks XL t-shirt and 1 x adult Fore-Cast t-shirt. We're very sorry if there was any confusion but Fore-Cast currently don't make children's sizes. In regards to the shipping costs, this is because Parade is an online market place that works with independent partner stores, so if an order consists of 2 partner stores then there will be 2 delivery charges, we're sorry about that and will make it clearer in future.
