“The shoes were quickly put in the mail, however, delivery took longer than expected. However, this was the delivery service's fault and is not reflective of Parade or Theory Skate Shop. I am definitely buying from Parade if I can't find something at my local shop!”

“I think the website and the services were and are great, it's just the quality of the actual item I am disappointed in. I feel like the website should have said that the item I was purchasing was simply put on a fruit of the loom garment or something similar. I paid £60 for someone to stitch on a £10 hoodie, but again not Parade's fault.”
