“The item I purchased arrived much sooner than I anticipated, especially due to postage delays due to COVID-19. I was very pleased Parade had an older style of shoes that is quite limited in its availability. Often packaging of older merchandise can show wear or damage due to stocking conditions but this particular shoe had all of its contents and the condition of the box was pristine. They also gave free stickers which was very appreciated. Would absolutely do business with them in the future.”

“The experience was great. Though would have been nice to have an invoice right after purchasing on the page to download. Because I had paid for the product but had nothing to show, the confirmation came with mail a day or two later, don’t remember. Just that silence and having no confirmation or anything after paying made me a bit nervous shopping on parade for the first time. Later on I received updates regurarly and everything was smooth. I also subscribed to the newsletter but did not receive and did not find how to apply the discount. Otherwise the selection on parade is amazing, i'm happy to have stumbled on the page and that you ship to estonia too.”

“Shipping was extremely fast. Placed my order on May 14th and it was delivered on May 19th! Ordered a Dime shirt and an Alltimers shirt, both are quality and as expected. Would definitely order from Parade again.”

“Took a long time to receive item. Package tracking info was generated shortly after order was placed but then tracking said “USPS awaiting item” for over a week before it began moving. I shop extensively with USPS and I know this means that the package wasn’t prepared and given to USPS. I was cool to wait and I back the Parade business model, just wanted to mention that partner shops should try to be a little better about shipping because in 2020...people just aren’t very patient!”
