“Ordered the Carhartt Converse hightops for my daughter, they arrived pretty quick but was wondering why there was some long blonde hair inside the sneaker. I quickly realized that they were not women’s 9.5, but men’s 9.5, which were way too big for my daughter. Some other female must have done the same thing. There was no indication that these were men’s sizes.”

Hi Margaret, I'm so sorry you were not happy with the shoes you had received. If you had made us aware of the hair in the shoe, we would have been able to investigate this further and potentially offer a free returns label. Apologies for any confusion regarding the sizing of the product. We do have a size guide thats states Men's shoe sizes but we will look into ways of making this more clear. Kind regards, Max
