“A very good experience. Item received as described and earlier than expected. I had a customer service-related concern after I made the initial purchase, and it was resolved promptly. Item price and shipping costs were on par with other online outlets. If my understanding is correct, that Parade is better for the local skate shops than other "online skateshops," then I'll lean towards purchasing here before shopping elsewhere in the future. Still trying to figure that one out, though”

“They have a really good selection of brands, checkout is easy, I was able to accurately track my delivery, and it got here pretty fast. The best thing about parade though is that you get to support local shops, which is dope.”

“I ordered 1 skateboard, received 1 skateboard in a box made for a 10 stack with zero packing. Luckily it arrived undamaged, but damn, amature move there. Also received an invoice/packing list, no slaps, nothing. So yeah, acceptable (barely).”
