“Used to be good, but stops showing what shops items are coming from so cannot purchase more than one item from the same shop saving on postage and delivery resources. Just go direct to skate stores now.”

Hi Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. The recent change was to actually improve the shopping experience by reducing the number of shipments per customer order, which means you pay less in shipping. We can now optimise your shopping basket during checkout and determine the cheapest items to arrive, in the quickest time, and with fewer shipments. Our stores like this approach as it means they receive more orders. This update was also needed so that we can operate a queuing system and fairly distribute the share of orders. Overall, these improvements are still in the early stages (we’ve a lot more to do/enhance) and like everything we do, it’s driven by customer and store feedback.
