I can see you have been in touch with our customer service team and we offered the option of a full refund or to send the correct item. As you have stated you would prefer a full refund, we have provided you with a free return label. All you will need to do is, use this label to ship it back to us. The label my colleague provided has a 2-day delivery service and your refund will be processed very quickly. “I'm really torn. Parade is a great marketplace, and I'm happy to support independents. But the item didn't fit and I had to pay a fiver postage and the same to return. So I'm a tenner down, with nothing to show. It will stop me ordering from here again.”
