Hi Philip, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you are not happy with the product you received. If you had made us aware of the issue before applying the loc-tite/ shoe goo as mentioned in your email, we may have been able to return the shoes to the store as faulty and look into offering you a replacement. As you altered the shoes yourself before coming to us, unfortunately we are not able to offer any sort of reimbursement for the damage to the product. Hey, Our returns policy states that an item can be returned within 14 days providing it is in it's unused, unworn, unwashed, un-altered and in a re-saleable condition. You stated when registering your return that you 'threw these on for a couple hours' which could have caused the damage to the shoes. We were not notified of any damage prior to you wearing them for hours so believe the damage to the shoes was caused during this time. After speaking with the seller who confirmed the item was not sent to you in this condition, we are sadly not able to accept return of the shoes. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
