“When I was searching for a specific pair of shoes by Adidas, it was nowhere to be found and I’ve searched everywhere! Link after link, store after store, I couldn’t seem to find my all-time favorite until I stumbled on Parade. It was somewhat hidden but, you guys had my shoes! You even had my size which is rare since everyone pretty much wears a size 10+. The transaction was seamless with PayPal and the tracking code was almost immediately after the purchase which was great! Though, it gave me a little heart attack that at one point it said the package was arriving later than usual but, alas I gotten my shoes and now, I’m going to look forward to Parade for future purchases!!”

“Order was in mail limbo for four or five extra days. USPS had an issue so no real updates were available. But…. Got the goods I wanted and supported a skate shop I may have never known about. Product as described and awesome find. Will shop again.”

“Ordering what I wanted and getting them was no problem. But, less than a week of wearing the sneakers, there a one inch tear on the inside of the shoe. Now it is torn from the toe to the arch of the shoe, just on one shoe. It's right where the material meets the rubber, it doesn't make sense the way it's coming apart. I would hope that you could help out with this problem, otherwise I will not be ordering from Parade again. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Linda Fitzpatrick”
