“2 skateboard decks shipped from the UK to the U.S. with no packing materials at all, not even factory shrink-wrap. One deck was badly scratched. With the conversion rate and Shipping, this wasn't a cheap purchase. Won't use Parade again.”

Hi Andrew, I'm so sorry your order arrived in less than perfect condition. All decks are usually shrink-wrapped so this situation is very unusual. “The sweatshirt I ordered and wanted the most did not make it to me. I was given a refund and told you ran out of inventory. Very disappointing because it was a special gift. I could’ve ordered elsewhere and this was my first time as a customer. Also, it was kind of weird that the items arrived in cheap plastic bags instead of paper or sealed plastic. That professional presentation of product matters.”

Unfortunately items can sell out in store before they can be removed from the website, but this situation is very rare and something we do our best to avoid.
