“2 out of 3 of my orders shipped super fast but one had ripped heat shrink and scratches on the bottom which was a bummer because it was a neckface wall hanger. The 3rd one there were issues with a shipment but it's on its way now after a short delay.”

“Delivery was on time. Tracking was super easy to use. The only thing is I wish I knew the sizing on pants I ordered. It was just Sm Med Lg XL, didn’t tell me what the length was of the inseam.”

“Parade connected me with a retailer that had what I was looking for. A store that actually had my size. Not just the fact they carried the item. But the currently carried my size. Maybe it was a coincidence maybe they just know what they're doing over there at Parade. Extra bonus was being kept informed during the process. When the item had been picked, shipped and its travel process to me. Thanks again”

Hi Sara, Thank you for reaching out. We are so sorry that you are not satisfied with your shopping experience. Unfortunately when a deck is gripped the board has to be taken out of the cellophane and slight scratches can occur.
