“I odered a Baker Neckface tray that is made of aluminum, it was packed in a soft envelope sent across a few states and came all dented and bent up...Packing department needs improvement.”

“We received the order and that was great. Everything was good but he ordered his size and the shoes must run large as they were too big so we returned them. I was disappointed that we had to pay the return shipping.”
