“Sadly, on this occasion my package was not delivered due to the courier delivering to the incorrect address. Presently I have not heard anything from DHL regarding missing item, so I can not give a good review.”

“Products came quickly and in perfect condition. I think the company is on to a great idea; I couldn’t buy my items directly from the company that makes them as they were sold out. Parade is able to source multiple stores who have the item in stock and then ship them directly to me. Will use again.”

You placed your order on Thursday 1st and it was delivered to you on Monday 5th, meaning it was delivered within 2 business days and within the estimated time frame.
