“I was sent a shirt with a very large stain on it. Customer service has been helpful but the inconvenience of having to return the shirt is the reason for the low rating. However, y’all have always been solid. I just don’t drive, nor do I have access to a printer so returning the shirt will not be an easy task. I was offered 10% return if I decided to keep it, which would add up to $3.60, so also not really convenient.”

Hi Jordan, thank you for your review. Unfortunately if there is no way you are able to get to a post office to send the item back to the store and no way you are able to print the free returns label provided, there is no other way we can assist in returning the product. As you previously stated we were able to offer you a free returns label and also a discount for the damage to which we have not received your response. I can only apologise for the damaged to the item you have received and sincerely hope this does not effect you shopping with us in the future. Kind regards, Max
