“Package arrived late and therefore not available in time as intended gift for recipient. Arrival date was the specific reason I chose to buy with Parade, even though I could have bought the item cheaper elsewhere. Disappointing.”

I can see our partner store fulfilled the order within our usual time frame but unfortunately, the parcel was held up in transit with USPS. When a parcel leaves the store we rely on our courier partners to deliver it within an appropriate time frame.
