“It’s incredibly inconvenient for buyers who have to pay two different shipping labels. I wish I knew about this policy.”

“Unfortunately my order was separated and I received shipment of the first item perfect and quick. Second package was quick but the board showed up without plastic and the graphic is scratched. Hit the retailer up on ig and was told I should have specified it was a wall hanger”
