“The shoes were fine, but the product was weighed incorrectly which had the product held at the post office with little to no communication as to why it was being held. I had to made trips to several post offices in the area to find out what happened. This cost time and therefore money. I would like my shipping reimbursed for the hassle. Thanks!”

I have looked into this and can see delivery was attempted at your address but the driver was not able to access the location to deliver the parcel. This is why it was then taken to your local USPS office and made available for collection.
