“After searching for a pair of Comme de Garçons in size 5 for ages, I was super excited and slightly suspicious (as I’d never heard of the website previously) when I found them on Parade. I read some reviews, ordered them and nervously waited. Super quick delivery, amazing trainers, exactly as pictured! Parade will be my first port of call in the future when I’m ready to order more footwear.”

We don't include return labels with the order because we don't currently offer free returns. However, if the incorrect item or a damaged item was sent then our team will send you a free return label, when you submit a return request. Through Parade World you have access to over 100 independent stores and brands, all through one website. I have had a look at your order and I can see that you ordered multiple items that came from different stores we work with. As the stores are in different locations, this means the return address will different. Once again, I am truly sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment we have caused, as this is never our intention. We currently only offer a free return if the incorrect item or damaged item was sent. We have designed our return process to be as fast as possible. All you need to do is submit a return request, and within a few seconds, you will get an email with the return address (which is also on the packing slip that came with your order). When the return is received by our partner store, your refund will be processed and a confirmation email sent. If you were sent an incorrect or damaged item, then our customer service team will email you a free return label within minutes of submitting a return request. If you are ever unsure about what courier service to use or how to return an item, our customer service team is available to you 7 days a week for any questions.
