I can see you ordered from two different partner stores which means the orders are coming from two different locations, and this is the reason you were charged a shipping fee for each item. When an order is placed containing multiple items we first try to send the order to one store, if this is not possible, at the check-out before payment is taken we display a breakdown of the delivery fee. “I'm only rating it 1 star because I never received my order. I'm not sure if it's because of your company or the Post Office, but I am very upset and disappointed. Will not order from your company again. I received packages from the post office from other companies, but not Parade.”
