I can see you ordered from two different partner stores which means the orders are coming from two different locations, and this is the reason you were charged a shipping fee for each item. When an order is placed containing multiple items we first try to send the order to one store, if this is not possible, at the check-out before payment is taken we display a breakdown of the delivery fee.
