“I contacted parade in a panic because I ordered a skateboard for my boyfriend and needed for Christmas. Asma was so helpful and the team sent it out quickly knowing my panic! She kept in touch to let me know the process and it came in time! My partner was buzzed with it and can’t wait to ride in the new year. Only thing that was missing was some stickers but you can’t have it all!! Thanks parade super happy x”

I can see you placed the order after our Christmas cut-off date so unfortunately delivery of your order would not have been guaranteed before Christmas. I can see the seller packed your order the day it was placed and it shipped the following day but sadly USPS were experiencing some delays due to the high volume of packages being sent over the Christmas period.
