“I hadn't heard of Parade, but they were selling the beef & broccoli Vans Half-Cabs that were selling out elsewhere, so I took a chance... Got exactly what I wanted at an awesome price through Parade, and Furnace Skate Shop. Will do business again with Parade! Recommended!”

“Parade is awesome! One thing I noticed that was changed in a recent website update, was removing the ability to see what skate shop you are ordering from and a separate tab that has a list of all the shops parade works with and all of their products they’re separately selling. Also somewhat sucks to have to pay for multiple shipping costs when you order from multiple different shops but I guess that’s reasonable. Thanks parade! And Merry Christmas!”

I can see that you have been in touch with our colleague in customer service and that they have opened an investigation with the courier service. As the tracking information states, it was delivered to the address provided to us, we first try and locate the parcel and get it to you as quickly as possible. In order to do this, we have to work with the courier service and unfortunately, this can take a few days especially during Christmas when they're handling a large volume of parcels. “The shoes I bought for my daughter were exactly what I wanted and it was fast shipping. The only issue I have was the sizes were not specified whether men or women. It would be nice if the size said 6 men/4.5 women or something similar. I bought a 6 because that’s the size my daughter wears in vans but when I got them, they were really big. It’s a Christmas present so I’ll have to wait for her to open it and try them on but I know I’ll have to send them back for a smaller size.”

“Our order was 'hung up' for over 2 weeks with USPS so we reached out to Parade. They quickly looked into the issue and within 3 days our order arrived. At the check, before payment is confirmed, we display a pop-up that alerts you to this, in which you have to confirm that you agree to pay this in order to proceed with the order.
