“It was nice when you could shop by individual skate shop, or click on “edit cart” to see which shop your order was coming from, because I’d always bulk up an order from each shop. That’s gone now, so you’ll get shipments from multiple shops, which kind of sucks, because all your parts arrive at different times now.”

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us your review. The recent change was to improve the shopping experience by reducing the number of shipments per customer order, which means you pay less in shipping. We can now optimise your shopping basket during checkout and determine the cheapest items to arrive, in the quickest time, and with less shipments. Our stores like this approach as it means they receive more orders. This update was also needed so that we can operate a queuing system and fairly distribute the share of orders. Overall, these improvements are still in the early stages (we’ve a lot more to do/enhance) and like everything we do, it’s driven by customer and store feedback. Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. I have taken a look into your order detail and can see your total was $115 including the International Express shipping that you chose. International orders are subjected to customs fees. Before an order is placed we state this in multiple places so that you're aware. At the check, before payment is confirmed, we display a pop-up that alerts you to this, in which you have to confirm that you agree to pay this to proceed with the order.
