“I was doing a google search for a specific skateboard and Parade came up as one of the sellers. I clicked on Parade and was skeptical because the price was lower than i expected. I then did some reading on what Parade was about and also read some reviews. I ended up buying 4 skateboards. They were packaged well and shipped in good time. I really like how i'm still supporting skateshops since we don't have a local skateshop. The closest skateboarder run shop is an hour away. I'm happy and my friends are happy with their new decks for christmas. I will definitely shop at Parade in the near future when me or my friends need more skateboarding supplies.”

“I asked for a size change before it was sent out, and I had an email to say yes no problem, when item arrived it wasn't wasn't right size despite them saying no problem. Best they could do was send a returns label out, and hope the replacement would get to me before Xmas as it was a gift.”

Hi Joanne, Thanks for leaving a review and I'm so sorry you received the incorrect item in your order. I have looked through all communication between yourself and our team and can see we got in touch with the seller prior to your order being shipped to request a change in size. This was confirmed by the seller and we were told the correct size Large would be sent out to you. I can see you have been provided a free returns label to send the Medium back but this has not yet been used. As soon as we can see the item has been returned we will be able to arrange for the correct size to be sent to you. Hi Jessica, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you are unhappy with your experience with Parade. I have taken a look into your order detail and can see that the courier attempted delivery at your address on 3rd December, the day after your order was placed, but you were not home. The parcel was then delivered to a nearby pick up point for you to collect, and since it has been two weeks. I can see one of our customer service team is already assisting you with getting your order to you.
