Hey, Thank you for your review and I'm so sorry for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your order. As Parade is a marketplace and we work with sellers that have physical stores, occasionally an item will sell in-store before an order is fulfilled meaning the seller no longer has it available to ship.
