The tracking information states delivered, but there are instances where the courier service might deliver the parcel to your neighbour or make it available for pick-up at the local post office. “My Grandson, Ethan, wanted "Polar Skate Co Big Boy Jeans in Purple/Black. No store had them and Ethan told me to order them through your company. I was a little skeptical to order online but your company was also recommended by SOCAL SKATEPARKS. They spoke very highly of your company. You took my order and delivered the Jeans within a few days. Great service, thank you.”

“I was doing a google search for a specific skateboard and Parade came up as one of the sellers. I clicked on Parade and was skeptical because the price was lower than i expected. I then did some reading on what Parade was about and also read some reviews. I ended up buying 4 skateboards. They were packaged well and shipped in good time. I really like how i'm still supporting skateshops since we don't have a local skateshop. The closest skateboarder run shop is an hour away. I'm happy and my friends are happy with their new decks for christmas. I will definitely shop at Parade in the near future when me or my friends need more skateboarding supplies.”
