“The absolute joke of carriers!!
They said they came to deliver and I was sitting waiting in the house (third attempt) and they didn’t even leave a note ! Meaning they never even came even though I received a message saying it was an attempted delivery (never happened) But most of all I would like to highlight the incompetence of all the ladies at the end of the phone (one even hung up on me while I was repeating the tracking number for the 3rd time) clueless to the maximum especially after speaking to an automated robot for 20 minutes you end up speaking to people who don’t care at all about their job or the people at the end of the line! Both myself and the sender (very big television company) have removed them from ever having anything to do with such delicate and expensive objects! Wish there was a 0 I could put !!”
“I would like to express my feeling with Parcelforce UK they are disgusting they are so unreliable they even can't find my postcode my friend to take legal action I told them that I was recording their conversation of the phone to see a solicitor which I would have done so fortunately for me the parcel arrived today after three attempts they told me my address was unrecognisable even when the postcode was there on their tracking system they had to fans yesterday and today if my parcel was on one van why would I need to have another tracking van going unbelievable I told them that I was recording their conversation which witch what I was doing because they with withheld in all of my package I used to work for the Citizens Advice Bureau I know my rights and believe me if I would have took it further they would have ordered me compensation because I had to take time off work on Friday and guess what they never delivered I have phoned them several times about the 5th time and I told him that if it's not delivered on this date with just tonight that I would take legal action against them which I would have done so I am not happy with their service they have line upon line upon line they've kept on saying they would phone me back and they never did so I have to phone them so people on eBay who are selling stuff do not get Parcelforce to deliver to their destination because believe me that person has to get on the phone maybe 5 or 6 times in a row to actually sort it out so from now on I will be catching eBay providers before I actually make a payment to them if they are sending it to from Parcelforce if they do I will not be buying from them they are a Bad Company they don't know what a tracking system is like they're tracking system is like in the dark ages I might as well have sent smoke signals in the dark ages all those parcels that are never been delivered they may as well sell them on eBay and get new technology on their tracking system this is so wrong it's lies upon lies upon lies if it was up to me and it's not my decision it's up to you lot to enforce Parcelforce to deliver on time it's very stressful when you have to take time off work and nothing gets delivered I am absolutely appalled from their service eventually as I told them that I was recording the conversation and I told them that I was going to see my solicitor on Friday no soon as that they turn up lucky for me no sorry lucky for them if I order anything off eBay I was seriously contact them first and ask them who they provide it is before you send any money out to them because Parcelforce is this seriously bad mistake”
“Your Parcelforce employment did not recognise my address even though I give my postcode I cannot believe I had three attempts for these people to recognise me I even threaten to legal action because I used to work for the Citizens Advice Bureau I know my rights if anybody who fires from eBay goes to Paris office I would really not recommended at all they are liars they are understanding and they are incapable of tracking your order your order is like the Dark Ages white eyes ages I had to threaten to take this to my solicitor to get my delivery on time on their tracking system they had two people on my tracking system twice that didn't recommend me at all anyone from eBay I was seriously doubt to recommend Parcelforce for delivery I am quite disgusted which the way I was dealt with I had to threaten them with solicitors I told them I was recording the messages that was on the phone because I had enough they're tracking the system is totally in Ice Age believe me I will not recommend this company to deliver my package any longer soon as I mentioned solicitors they delivered on time isn't that a coincidence anyone who sells on eBay please please do not give Parcelforce any opportunity to deliver because they do not deliver I had to threaten legal actions and that's what I would have done if I hadn't got it”
“If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
I wasn't in when my parcel was delivered and they sent it to a post office 50mins away from my house. I arranged for it to be redelivered to my work instead, but 3 weeks later it still had not been redelivered! I called and emailed several times and was always told it would be re-delivered in a couple of days. Eventually I called for a 4th time and was told that my parcel had been returned to sender. The worst service of any parcel delivery company, which is saying a lot!”
“DREADFUL service- I would give zero stars if possible… I couriered a large package which was well packaged but broken in transit (and delivered late). I had to refund the buyer but Parcelforce have refused to compensate me or even refund the courier costs (£35.99), blaming my packaging 🤬 DO NOT USE!! Any other courier company in the world would give you better service…”
“Where do I start.. tracked my delivery and from the start it went to and from the Same place 3 times when I called to get some sort of update the person on the phone was rude,unhelpful and you should be ashamed that a company so well known would employ someone who has no customer service skills and could be that rude!! Not happy with my experience i posted on your Facebook page to get told i wasn’t a customer of yours and should take it up with parcel2go but at that point in time you were in possession of my package and we’re unable to delivery it obviously due to some incompetent pleb that you insist on employing! “Missed my delivery date twice despite checking and their team saying the product would definitely be with me!
When it did arrive, the TV I ordered had a large crack in it, no doubt not helped due to the fact it was being thrown on and off a van without reaching me.
Also ignored by the team when I complained for 4 days before a message blaming the packaging for damage (the vendor is a large UK company and had have packaged as appropriate!)”

“I took a day off today to wait for the parcel that allegedly meant to arrive today...I checked their website and at 08:00 the parcel was out for delivery. At 09:00 the map showed that the driver is few streets away from me and that they will deliver between 10:00-12:00. Since then map stopped to work, there are no updates on the website and they are unable to tell me where on earth the driver is...POOR SERVICE AVOID!!!”
“A gift was sent to me from Aus. Yay! Didn't turn up. Discovered (via sender) it was sitting in UK sorting office saying customs payment due. When I contacting them to ask about it they had already returned my gift to Aus. Boo!
Customers services ignore the fact that my sender will be out of pocket to send it again (assuming it does arrive back in Aus), and don't acknowledge any fault of their own.

“This company should be re-named Parcel Farce.Not only are they totally incompetent they tell lies.I was expecting a delivery today and was told by the sender that, as I was out, a card had been posted through the letter box by the driver.A LIE.I was in all morning and no card was delivered.After talking to a machINE for an eternity I got through to a human being.I explained the situation.This was at 12 o'clock.The assistant,PAM, said she would contact the driver and get back to me.SHE FAILED TO DO SO.
This is third time this has happened in a year.I have told all people who are likely to send parcels to me,IN THE FUTURE, ,to avoid this USELESS,INEFFICIENT LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Waste of time and money
I paid for global express delivery, I checked the senders details and the post office confirmed that given information was accurate and right . My parcel has been never delivered. Furthermore, their partners in Greece have never respond to my calls.
I missed important personal data, ID copy, passport copy, certification etc. I missed deadline for an application. Very frustrating experience. I had to call and send emails either parcelforce or their partners and they never responded to me. I tried to called them several times for almost a week but nobody answer. They refused to make refund.
No ethics or customer care culture.
Totally untrustworthy company.”
“A supplier of ours sent a parcel on a 48 hr service.
72 hrs later they are saying that it will be with me tomorrow. But there is no guaranteeing it, and no one can tell me where it is, or where it has come from.
I have been put through so many people who cannot give me any answers.

“Delivered it to a neighbour but didn't tell me which neighbour. Called up twice to find out where my package was and they said they weren't at liberty to tell me where my parcel was (even though it is my property). Absolute idiots.”
“I've just found the note from Parcel Force on my roof !! They can't (ever) be bothered to go round the side of the house to put their notes through my letter box. Plus - they never bother to ring the bell.
Every time I've had a delivery from Parcel Force, something goes wrong. This last one is the worst... I was expecting a Parcel from France on / around 11 October. No sign of it. No non-delivery note. Frantic exchanges of email with the sender in France. No note = no tracking number.
Finally a local post office helped with finding the Parcel at another post office miles away. A big thank you to them. They'd had the Parcel since 12 October.
As I say. Just found the non-delivery note today (29/10/18) ON THE ROOF!

“I paid for next morning delivery “next day before noon” at £9.95, expensive for small parcel, but as I’m going away tomorrow and I need it to take it with me, I thought it’s worth it. Tracked it, still at the hub, will be delivered some time tomorrow!!! Too late, I will be gone! They offer the service but can not fulfill the terms.”
