My parcel seems to be lost and neither Parcelforce nor my local delivery office as well as local post office don't seem to know where it is. The funny thing is I' ve got an email from the company I've ordered my item that it was attempted to be delivered, but nobody bothered to leave a note. It took me a whole afternoon of running around London to discover that the parcel is lost.

Absolute rubbish. Did not deliver on day agreed, and no communication whatever. Then attempted to deliver at a time I told them I would not be in. Still waiting. With today's mobile technology the lack of any communication from them is unacceptable. They really are very poor and don't even seem to care. Why are they still in business?

I waited in all day for a parcel to arrive and guess what no parcel. I phoned the delivery office and was told the it had gone back to the depot goodness knows why. I was supposed to get phone call to tell me why which was ignored. I got angry will try again tomorrow to find out the reason why.

I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 3rd of January but it didn't happen. I decided to check the parcel status on the website and I discovered that the parcel has been delivered the 3rd of January and signed by someone else !!! How is that possible ??? Then, few days after, I called the customer service and in the meantime sent a request by email. The customer service told me that they will contact the driver to find out more and then call me back within 48 hours. I didn't get any feedbacks. Today I called again and I'm supposed to get an update within the next 48 hours. Today we are on the 12th of January and I still don't know what happened with my parcel. That is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

I now understand why they are called PARCELFARCE . . . . My parcel was four days late & Parcelforce said they tried to deliver to me on two separate days and the driver had posted a card through my door. However, I was at home on both days and there was no card through my door at any time. It's just lies, lies and more lies because they cannot be bothered to deliver a parcel to me. I spoke to the company who sent my parcel and they said they constantly receive complaints about PARCELFARCE. Every other parcel delivery company out there is better than PARCELFARCE.

1st delivery attempt was made without actually knocking at the door or leaving a card, so was missed by me. Then have to spend long time arranging redelivery (voice recognition system leaves much room for improvement). No signature release or leave in safe place option, like everyone is just sitting at home waiting for parcelforce every day, no work, no commitments....very customer unfriendly, will try to avoid in the future

Want to order goods online and then have them delivered to the wrong address? Want to experience awful customer service full of false promises and lies? Then look no further than Parcelforce!! Never before have I experienced such appalling service. My parcel was delivered to the WRONG address and was given to and signed for by someone with a completely different surname to mine?! Have phoned 7 times in the last 3 days to try and locate my parcel and each time have been promised that someone will call back with an update, this has only happened once! After the 5th phone call I was told the address that my parcel was delivered to and asked to 'pop around and see if it's there' - a complete joke! Upon visiting the address it was apparently taken to I was told that no one had delivered a parcel to them (they were a lovely old couple and I don't doubt them for one minute) in fact they told me that the 'Mr Connors" who signed for my parcel was actually someone who lived in the property 2 years ago! It makes me wonder if the delivery driver has just decided to take my parcel for his/her self. 5 days later I'm still currently waiting for a call back and I still don't have my parcel! Parcelforce is an absolute sham of a company!!!

Parcel force attempted delivery of a large parcel - they do not give any options for delivery times or deliver in the evening. When i arranged alternative delivery to the local post office i was informed that they do not accept large parxels this was not mentioned on the website. When i FINALLY managed to speak to a person on their phone line i was informed my only options were to pay £12 for weekend delivery or collect the parcel myself which is over an hours drive. Unhelpful with poor service.

I having trouble with this company to get my parcel... After reading some other comments im actually mortified and gonna be on the phone tomorrow for a refund for the place i put my order in.... Not only are they taking the utter piss but they charged me £7 delivery charge to be fucked about.... Out of pocket and no fucking item.... I will be advising further companies not to deal with these time wasters.... Lied and said they tried to deliver it (no card was left and was in for 2 days straight waiting) then i contact them to be told it had been took and left at there depot ! And they will try and deliver again today and look whats happened still fuck all....

so i come home yesterday to see if my parcel was here n nope it wasnt no card through my door saying its been left with a neighbour which is what they texted to see if was okay wktg me i say yes n nope nothi g i ring them n ask where it is its gone back as wasnt ib? so i aay okay can they deliver after 6 oclock tomorrow as i worj they say cant promise but gave my number as said ring me if any problems n ill get my neighbour to grab it off you n nope come home n i got a card saying try deliver tomorrow do they not get i work n not always in whole point in leaving with my fucking neighbours!!

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PARCEL! It's impossible to talk with an adviser that actually cooperates and helps you. No one seems to be in charge and they're very messy.

Unreliable, irresponsible, and a bunch of liars. Horrible customer service. After having booked 4 redeliveries, they keep lying to me saying that they've tried to deliver my parcel, which is impossible as I've been home ALL DAY. My parcel is now being sent back to the sender when I urgently need it!!!!! DO NOT USE Parcelforce Worldwide.

If I could give 0 I will do that. The worst service ever. They even did not come to my place and try to deliver my parcel. I complained in writing at least 3 times, called at leaat 2 times. When I tracked my parcel I found they tried to deliver but I was not at home (but I WAS at home). At the end when I arrange my parcel to be redelivered I found it had already returned to sender. Each time only what I got were: "We are so sorry..." and it was a drivers fault... Anyway, rubbish service, will not recommend and my advice if it is possible avoid.

Please beware parcel force has been deliberating taking payments twice from your account as it has occurred to me and am going round in cycle to get refund they have no respect a company with low morals.......please beware when making payment to them...........they very good in scamming.

A litany of incompetence at all levels. I identified between five and seven systems failures in their processes, during my three hours on the phone. This was simply to ascertain if they had received documents regarding clearance of my parcel through customs. At one point I was directed by a parcel force operator to UPS, to be told "I might have been victim of a scam" At another point I was directed Inappropriately to UK Customs, who told me this was "an ongoing problem with parcel force", and directed me back to them. I spent three hours of my life on totally inappropriate phone calls, being run around the houses, and in the end they still couldn't answer my simple question. I complained, requesting that in view of the considerable waste of my time and anxiety they had caused, that they should waive their 'handing fee'. They refused saying my request to waive the fee "had been rejected'. This is after acknowledging they had multiple systems failures. They can treat customers like this because they know that they have their property as a ransom, and you have no way of getting your property off them unless you pay up. Therefore you are powerless. This I believe is illegal. I had a genuine case for not paying their fees, but now will be forced to, or they will send my property back to Ukraine. The UK government should investigate their practices.

This company is terrible. If you are setting up a business or thinking of changing courier- don't use them! Really rude staff, they lie and they shrug their shoulders at the situation. I can't believe they are still in business! I complained that the driver didn't deliver when he was supposed to and took it upon himself ticking my consignment off to rearrange the delivery date meaning I lost a whole day sat in like a prat waiting. 7 phone calls later and 3 promises to call me back. 2 promises to redeliver to local post office and guess what I still don't have the parcel. I don't hold out much hope to get it in one piece when it actually arrives...

They're a disgrace! They made me wait way too long to admit what I already knew: they lost my parcel or likelyeven stolen it if you read people's experiences of this company. I sent a parcel via a Belgian postal courier at the end of September. As soon as it hit the Coventry depot, the tracking stopped and the parcel didn't get delivered. After waiting a week I started contacting their Customer Service team in various ways, what would become a 2 month struggle to get decent information. From getting the wrong advice to plain lies which cost me money and precious time, I finally got somebody to do their job which is to actually locate the parcel. For the 8 weeks in which Parcelforce tried to make me do the work to locate the parcel, they took about 2 weeks to search for it and then called it a day. A big parcel which had a tracking number and address + phone details stuck on it, was 'lost'. And again; it's up to ME to waste time and money to claim with the Belgian postal courier. They're so incompetent it's mindboggling that they're not out of business. If I have a say which courier is going to deliver any of my packages again; I will make sure it's NOT Parcelfarce. There should be a large-scale investigation against this company as it cannot be they can lose packages en masse without taking any accountability. Plus what ex-employees have written about this company, they don't seem ethical AT ALL. Absolutely disgusting shady conduct!

Everything went wrong!!! Delays delays delays. Wrong tracking number on the card. Rude customer service. Avoid at all cost!
