Outrageous "Zonal" surcharges for northern ireland. A whopping 175% of the base charge! Plus a £4 Handling Fee for also going to NIRE. When challenged, i discovered that Retail Customers through their own website (Parcelforce.com) - Do not get charged this 175% Zonal Surcharge

I sent a parcel to Nigeria which worths £300 since 3 months. It did not receive the destination and i don’t know where it is. Website tracking is not updated and customer service on phone/email confirms its arrival. After reading all these reviews, i wonder how law enforcement in UK did not take any action towards what’s going on!!!”

“Parcelforce has not delivered to my house for the 30 plus years I have lived here. The deliveries get dumped at various locations with no notifications. An absolutely terrible company who should not be allowed to trade as they will not deliver. Do not give them your money”
“This company will tell you happily that their drivers are allowed to leave parcels lying around and not ring the doorbell so someone can steal it freely.
They won't even ask your neighbours or take it to a depot. Don't lose your money to them.”

“Not notified when the parcel is out for delivery,no tracking number left on the first delivery and then when you do try and track the parcel the tracking is useless. This company is so far behind other courier companies.”
“Paid for delivery but they made no attempt to leave. Could have left with my neighbor or in a safe place. Ended up paying £1 more to leave at my local post office which is 2min away. Should have arrived yesterday but it’s still at the Depot which is miles away. I would avoid using Parcel Force in the future, very poor service compared to other courier services.”
“We urgently needed to send some stock to our distribution centre the USA. Parcelforce offered a 1 day delivery service. It was nerly £200 but the stock was required urgently. After 4 days, Parcelforce had failed to deliver. So we sent more stock using DHL because parcelforce was fobbing us off and asking for paperwork that had been attached to the parcel itself. DHL made the delivery - no problems at all - within 4 days - and CHEAPER!! Now two weeks later, we are STILL waiting for Parcelforce to deliver.
The following is the latest response from Parcelforce who have proven they do not give a monkeys about customer service;

I chose post office as the parcel I was getting contained fresh produce. Guess what.. the drive ignored my request and left the parcel in front of my door… My husband and I are getting home very late so the chance of the food to be spoiled are high… when I contacted customer service I was told a driver won’t go back as they have followed their policy… Why are you giving people the option for different delivery location when you will ignore it.. “I bought a phone on EE website. Google pixel 8A. Paid in full no sim . Delivered from parcel force to the wrong address.the driver fromParcel force is apparently trying to get the phone back from the wrong house address. Unbelievable.he did not request any signature . House number completely different from mine . Not sure how why he delivered to the wrong address, how ?parcel force didn’t do nothing about it , I didn’t receive the phone and no refund has been made even if they aware of the situation. It is not a company you can trust and the service offered to their customers is ridiculous.

“Was expecting my parcel to arrive on Monday so took the day off work to ensure I was home after the previous "attempt" to have a parcel delivered by parcelforce was nothing put a headache, however I digress, so all day I wait in ensuring to check the most useless tracking system offered by any delivery company, by the time 15:00 rolls round the tracker goes from out for delivery to " delivery attempted- refused by addressee " uuuummmmm, what? Come again, when did your driver attempt this delivery? Sorry did they get to the gate and decide "nah not today" because at no point did anyone knock on the door or "ATTEMPT" to deliver anything. I quickly got on the phone only to find that this was as useless as the delivery person, and automated phone line with multiple choice but none of them are to talk to an actual human!!! Day one failed. Reschedule a delivery for Thursday but it doesn't give a safe place and doesn't allow me to pick a time slot so again it has to be from 7am to 18:00. Tuesday we are delivering your parcel today, what? Why? What's the point of the reschedule thing if you're going to do whatever you want? This time the driver found my house and left a little card (with no information) as shock horror I happen to work during their delivery slot, attempt number 2 failed!!! Thursday, wife's in all day, apart from between 15:30 and 16:40 and smack bang in that time "Address problems"(insufficient address) how? You've attempted the previous times and one of the drivers actually made it to my front door and now you've got "address problems" what does that even mean? Attempt number 3 failed and from what I've seen and read they will only attempt to deliver 3 times so now I've got to go to the depot over 50 mins one way to get this parcel. If ever I see that parcelforce are the company responsible for delivery on an item I won't purchase it and I'll go with someone else using a better delivery firm even if it means paying more money. Avoid this delivery company.”
