“I had misentered my reg no online so the barrier didn't open at the car park at Belfast International Airport, causing a bit of a panic, but the BCP staff member had it sorted out for me very quickly & was so polite & professional. A rare thing unfortunately these days where staff can be rude & unhelpful. 10 out of 10!!”

“I thought the parking and transfers were very efficient. I just wondered whether it would be possible to have the entrance to Long Stay 2 (East Midlands) nearer the pedestrian entrance to the car park?”

“I have never used meet and greet before so unsure what to expect, the staff were efficient and friendly. I would advise you to make it more clear on website that this is a meet and greet service as this was only made clear once I had booked. Apart from that good service and car is same condition it was left in”

“The whole parking experience was first rate. The ANPR system worked perfectly in and out. One of your employees was standing at the Car Park entrance, a very friendly chap.”

“Drop off was quick and easy. Bus transfers good both ways. Key pick-up also quick and an attendant was available to help. Manchester airport is more efficient as it uses number plate recognition which means that no attendants are required to park cars or to man an office building etc so you may park where you like and keep your keys with you. So easy.”
