“I have always used BCP to park at Stanstead Airport. Easy booking, easy to find, regular busses and very friendly drivers. Never had any problem nor had to call customer service. Thank you.”

“Very easy to book, easy to find, not far from airport so short transfer. Service at the car park was quick and efficient, bus driver was very friendly and waited for us. Journey home, again bus saw us running in the rain and waited for us and arriving back to car park car was ready for us to collect and service to get keys was quick and easy.”

“Driver very pleasant and accommodating buses very frequent although had difficulty getting into and out of carpark also signage for BCP not clear as signs read Leeds Bradford long stay carpark not BCP”

“I rang the Call Centre. Take my advice.... don't bother ! The lady I spoke to was rude and had no Customer service skills at all. It was like I was a burden calling up!! She really annoyed me making me feel like I didn't know what the hell I was talking about ??? - hence why I will be taking my business elsewhere.”

“awful, the worst company ever bad service they scratched all our front bumper which is a massive damage while our car was in their safekeeping and they are not taking any responsibility for what they have done do not sign any paperwork at end as that is how they seem to get away with it as well and if I can give you an advice do not use them fullstop”

“Price was good but I didn't receive any confirmation. I had to phone to request an emailed confirmation which I was assured I would receive within a couple of hours (I didn't receive it) So I had to call a second time. The person I spoke to was very helpful and I finally got my confirmation. I have recently booked another parking space through you and yet again I have not had any confirmation so will have to call again. This takes away the convenience of booking on line. I will not book with yourselves again.”

“Seemed disorganised on collection. Receipt given was blank. 25 minute wait for car to arrive - i would have been quicker taking the bus to longterm parking.”

“Thank you. Parked easily and bus came promptly. Slight problem when we left as I had said I wanted to park until 12.00 lunchtime and we didn't leave car park until 2pm. However, having spoken to someone via the help button, everything was sorted quickly.”
