“Placed order after hours for home electronics on Wednesday, received confirmation email on Thursday, product arrived by 4:00 Friday via UPS. What more can you ask for! Never heard of them before so I did my research, they are the online partnership with Kittles furniture in Indianapolis who have multiple locations in that area.”

“Awesome customer service- I was looking for unique nightstands for my bedroom and fell in love with some from Parker Gwen. I thought about them for a while and went to purchase them a day later and noticed that a furniture sale ended on their website. I emailed customer service and asked them if they could honor a previous price and they promptly did so and even included a new customer discount. Very happy with the transaction and looking forward to receiving my nightstands. Even though they were an unfamiliar company to me, I will look to purchase things from them again in the future.”

“Full transparency....I hadn't heard of Parker Gwen before ordering an expensive Klipsch subwoofer. I took the plunge....and boy am I glad I did! I received my order within 1 week...perfectly boxed and ready to be added to my home theater. Based on that experience, I'm sure I'll be ordering from them in the future.”

“When you are making a large purchase, and there is an issue, Customer Service really comes into play. In December 2019, I ordered a 75 inch Samsung Q80R from Parker Gwen. It arrived quickly, in an sealed box, with no apparent damage. It wasn’t until I actually turned it on that I noticed the internal screen was cracked. I immediately emailed Parker Gwen customer service and in minutes received a response promising I would be taken care of. They immediately offered to replace the damaged TV, but the model was sold out nationally. They offered me a replacement of a different model for the price difference, a the sale price at the time of my original purchase. I accepted. They immediately sent the replacement and once I was completely satisfied sent someone to pick up the original damaged TV. Oh, and did I mention, the price of both TV’s on sale, with their first time customer discount was less than the big box stores. We need more companies like Parker Gwen.”

“The delivery team was very courteous, on time, and efficient. They setup several pieces that I purchased (couch, coffee table, end tables, bookshelf). They used great care when removing from boxes and took all packaging materials away with them. One of the best delivery experiences I have had.”

“Such a great experience with Parker Gwen and their customer service! There was an issue with the product sent and they quickly responded even on thanksgiving to get the manufacturer to address. Within a few days I had the replacement part to me! Such amazing service!”
