“I am really sorry to say I was disappointed in the lobster ravioli. The pasta was good quality and the filling tasty but the sauce was inadequate and the crumb only made the whole dish dryer. In hindsight I think I should have chosen a pasta with more sauce. I am now reluctant to try another dish even with your kind offer of a discount. I truly adore Italian pasta dishes but this was not for me or my husband.”

"Not all doughnuts come up with a hole" as they say in Italy, Christine. Very sorry for disappointing you and your husband with that recipe. We test them before we put them in production and for that type of filled pasta, already rich, the recipe requires not much sauce. Of course, your feedback is now on board with us and we will try our best to avoid this inconvenience in future. I am sure you will find other dishes meeting your expectations so why not to give us another chance? Thank you thank you!

“The pasta we’ve ordered from Pasta Evangelists has been delicious and definitely restaurant quality. Portion sizes are good and not very difficult to prepare. Customer service is also great. I’d definitely recommend them.”

“Some may think that paying restaurant prices for pasta you cook at home is a bit much but when you try the pasta it tastes worth it! This ain’t just restaurant quality pasta, it’s high end Italian restaurant quality pasta! This is a luxury service with customer service to match.”

“This is such a clever idea. An interesting innovative menu which changes each week providing high quality food beautifully packaged to enable the busy person to eat at home with the minimum of fuss. I have been absolutely delighted with every dish sampled and would highly recommend Pasta Evangelists to anyone.”

“its a brilliant idea and it works perfectly. I have ordered a few times now, sometimes ordering more of a favourite to freeze. I live outside London but the service is 5 star and I have never been disappointed. I wish them well.”

“Excellent pasta, super tasty, and lots of recipes you don’t find in your average neighbourhood Italian. Loved it! One star knocked off because of logistic issues which I’m sure they will work through with more experience - wrong dishes sent, website to choose dishes not always working, veggie dishes contain non-veggie cheese... If these were sorted it would be a 5* service!”

Thank you Jennifer, yes, freezing both pasta and sauces is recommended should you wish to save it for a later date and can be kept in the freezer for up to 2 months. Cheers!
