“Every person I dealt with at Patch and Purr was kind and compassionate at what was a very difficult time for us. They treated my dog's ashes with the same respect and love that I would have and reassured me and comforted me when I cried. I could not recommend them highly enough”

“Genuinely sympathetic, understanding and caring people at Patch and Purr. Communication and arrangements are all very well managed. Patch and Purr worked seamlessly with our vet arriving at our home when they needed to be there. In the circumstances with inconsolable children their attention to our needs was greatly appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Patch and Purr in your time of need!”

“On 7 August 2021 I lost my beloved horse Costa who had been in my life for 26 years and was 30 years of age. The trauma of losing him I cannot describe. I just want to say a heart felt thank you to you all, especially Ana for being so caring and Wayne for treating my boy with so much dignity and respect and returning him to me, to be with me forever. Wayne also took into his care my beloved Great Dane, Armstrong, three years ago and showed the same care to him also. I cannot recommend Patch and Purr enough to care for your beloved pet.”

“Really appreciate the kindness and care Patch and Purr have shown our family, losing our beloved cat was the hardest thing we have gone through. Even through lockdown Patch and Purr took care of our kitty and delivered her in person to our home. Patch and purr have gone above and beyond to provide kindness in the most harshest times. The package provided had included complementary grievance counselling, which helped very much. Thankyou Patch & Purr team for the kindness you’ve shown and the after care support you’ve provided to ensure we went through a gentle process of grievance and acceptance.”

“Patch & Purr are fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. I new patch & purr when it was Eternal Peace. The service is unreal. Staff allow you to talk to them and your furbabby before they go. There prices are good.”

“Patch and Purr made a difficult time much easier. We had no idea what our options were and the process after he passed away. The cremation of our rabbit was arranged through our vet. Patch and Purr were very considerate and professional. They gave us a tracking number to follow while he was away from us, and seamless in delivering him home to us a few days after. Their representative was very sweet and checked in on the familie’s well being. Lovely company to deal with.”

“We entrusted our beloved dog Jakey to Patch and Purr’s care. We chose them because of their guarantee that it would be his ashes returned to us, validated by a tracking system, and their many options to remember him by. Their empathy and kindness will not be forgotten, and he was back i our home in a few days. I could not have had a more positive and supportive experience from start to finish, and our family now has a unique and precious way to remember him physically as well as in our hearts.
