“After a very short illness we lost our 14 year old dachshund Remi. We were away at our holiday home in Scone and visited our local emergency vet in Muswellbrrok who Liaised with Patch and Purr to collect Remi. We were able to choose the perfect urn, some lovely pendants, a lock of his furr and a paw print. We were kept up to date from the fantastic people at Patch and purr and they made the whole process easy and dignified. They could not have been more supportive. Nothing was a problem and they were happy to talk to us.”

“I wanted something special for my Sootie's ashes and the box was perfect. I love that I can have his photo displayed and the small plaque which I could get engraved with his details topped it off. I now have a collection of urns with past pets ( I know that I am not alone) and this was something different.”

“Having to say goodbye to Billy was hard and sudden , patch and purr were amazing and made it easier to say goodbye , the process is fantastic and everything is scanned and labeled . Also appreciate the candle gift it smells divine .”

“Very grateful for the care and empathy you provided during a difficult time. The lady who picked up our Lilly - and I'm sorry I've forgotten her name - was very kind and her approach was extremely soothing and made the process far more bearable than expected. Numerous emails and phone calls went back and forth to clarify a number of things, all were respectful and professional and made us felt heard. Lilly was returned to us in a beautiful wooden urn in less than two weeks. Can only recommend your services. Thank you.”

“Patch and Purr went above and beyond to help us remember our dear dog Stevie. The service was swift, Stevie's remains delivered to our home. The staff were considerate and respectful. They delivered items with care and included some very special memories for us to keep forever. Would highly recommend this service.”
