“There is no word I can use to describe Patch and Purr that would come close to outlining how beautiful Patch and Purr is. In your hardest time of grief, Patch & Purr are there for you. They will treat your family, and your furbaby with the most absolute highest level of diligence and compassion. My baby unexpectedly passed during the night, my family was lost, we didn't know what to do until we found Patch and Purr's 24-hour line. Within seconds, we were connected to a representative who advised us through steps we need to take, and the operator even scheduled for Patch and Purr to come out the very next morning as soon as possible. When I had my furbaby picked up by Nick, he was more than compassionate and caring, he was patient, allowing us to sit and say goodbye to our loved one as well as also showed his own affection to my furbaby. He was prompt, and his quick response during that morning took a massive weight off our shoulders. We were able to track our furbaby every step of the way during the whole time she was with Patch and Purr as they have a unique tag that was linked to her. Patch and Purr were more than respectful during the cremation process and are committed to their moral obligations and promises. The team at Patch & Purr really do live by their promise of treating your fur baby as if they were their own. I can’t thank Jake enough for taking care of my baby during the cremation process. We received our furbaby’s ashes back today, Kelsie who brought our baby back to us was amazing. She kept us informed of her estimated arrival and continued to update us until we met with her. She was very compassionate and loving. Patch and Purr from pickup to handing our baby back to us continued to uphold the highest level of care and respect. We spent some time looking for the best place we could find to take care of our furbaby and believe we found it at Patch and Purr. They were extremely transparent and more than reasonable with their pricing. To be honest after her sudden passing we were a mess and Patch and Purr helped us in more ways than we are able to properly express. This is truly a wonderful business that helped us during our most vulnerable time so thank you Patch and Purr to you and your entire team.”

“Losing our kitten to Covid did not feel real, it was raw, overwhelming and desperately sad. The decision of what to do with her little body seemed unreachable. Patch and Purr took the time to talk me through the options, showed nothing but empathy and understanding, and made sure I was aware of every stage of the process (thank you, Renae). When delivering the ashes, I could barely put one foot in front of the other. Nick literally helped every one one of those steps it took me to reach out and hold her ashes. I cannot thank the team enough for their kindness, softness and professionalism. 🙏🏻”

They were so kind and thoughtful making every step of the hard process that much easier. They provided such an amazing experience going above and beyond my expectations and have amazing staff who are so caring and gentle. The memorabilia they provided was so sweet and beautiful. “Had such a beautiful experience with Patch and Purr after losing my little petal of 16 years. Everyone was so kind and empathetic from the first call I made to advise them of my order right up until it was hand delivered to my door. Gorgeous hand written notes were left with my order to let me know they too were grieving for me. They constantly called to let me know of the progress of my order and adhered to every custom request I made. I was shown nothing but compassion and empathy in a time of great sadness and it made my loss a little easier to get through. It is clear to me why they do what they do and I am so grateful that people like them exist.”

“When we knew it was time to let our girl go it was a Friday night. I went online to get a quote and make arrangements and it was all organised within the hour. The next day the representative from Patch and Purr came and was lovely. She gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and explained the process. They also arranged that our girl was picked up to be cremated and the ashes returned. We would recommend P&P to anyone who needs to say goodbye to their fur baby.”

“Honestly hand on heart have to say the team at P &P are amazing. I was very stressed about the process of cremation and the loss of my beloved TimTam. Lyn was amazing and even offered grief counciling because I was struggling with the loss of my baby girl. The team actually cares for you and your pet. I’m so thankful to have such a great service in Sydney like this. Thanks for treating myself and my cat with respect. ❤️💕❤️🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛😻”
