“Very grateful for the care and empathy you provided during a difficult time. The lady who picked up our Lilly - and I'm sorry I've forgotten her name - was very kind and her approach was extremely soothing and made the process far more bearable than expected. Numerous emails and phone calls went back and forth to clarify a number of things, all were respectful and professional and made us felt heard. Lilly was returned to us in a beautiful wooden urn in less than two weeks. Can only recommend your services. Thank you.”
