“When I lost my 8 year old dog in May 24 the vet asked what I wanted to do with her I said Pets at Peace vet then said they had changed hands to current name . The next day I had a call from them asking what I wanted in terms of urn etcher and more or less wanted payment straight up . It then has taken 2 weeks to get my dogs ashes back . I had rung to ask how long the process was and was advised it's usually 2 weeks, which I find ludicrous in this day and age . If I had known Pets at Peace had been bought out I wouldn't have gone ahead , the previous owners at least had compassion and empathy and most important communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone”
“We farewelled my girl, Billie on June 7 ( it is now June 24) at Pittwater Vet Hospital with the expectation of having her back in a week. However, I have been told today that it will be at least another week probably two before she will be returned. I regret using Patch and Purr as there was never any attempt to contact either the Vet or myself of the delay. I will now not trust that the ashes I receive will be my girl.”

“I am really disappointed with this company. I lost my lovely boy, Rocky, on 14th March 2024. SASH North Ryde told us on 14th March, that Patch and Purr would deliver my boy's ashes latest Thursday 21st March which is today. However, our boy is no where to be seen. I am very furious! We planned to have little memorial today but Patch and Purr has ruined the plan and there has been no contact whatsoever from Patch and Purr on what is happening and the status of Rocky's ashes. My hubby had to call SASH North Ryde to find out what was happening and was told that someone from Patch and Purr will only contact us early next week! How disappointing!! If possible, I would give a zero or negative!! We are regretting leaving our lovely boy with this irresponsible company!!! They take your money but we have not seen anything that was promised. Worst of all, there is no communication at all and we have to follow up in our grieving period!! This gives the impression Patch and Purr are not sorry for our loss and they don't care at all!!”
“Don't purchase the Gemstone Jewellery. I only wore mine for 1.5 days and the back came off the pendant and I ended up wearing my girls ashes and then lost them when trying to put them back in the pendant. Losing my beloved girl wasn't hard enough then something like this happens. I'm absolutely mortified and gutted.”

My baby unexpectedly passed during the night, my family was lost, we didn't know what to do until we found Patch and Purr's 24-hour line. Within seconds, we were connected to a representative who advised us through steps we need to take, and the operator even scheduled for Patch and Purr to come out the very next morning as soon as possible.
When I had my furbaby picked up by Nick, he was more than compassionate and caring, he was patient, allowing us to sit and say goodbye to our loved one as well as also showed his own affection to my furbaby. He was prompt, and his quick response during that morning took a massive weight off our shoulders.
We were able to track our furbaby every step of the way during the whole time she was with Patch and Purr as they have a unique tag that was linked to her. Patch and Purr were more than respectful during the cremation process and are committed to their moral obligations and promises. The team at Patch & Purr really do live by their promise of treating your fur baby as if they were their own. I can’t thank Jake enough for taking care of my baby during the cremation process.
We received our furbaby’s ashes back today, Kelsie who brought our baby back to us was amazing. She kept us informed of her estimated arrival and continued to update us until we met with her. She was very compassionate and loving. Patch and Purr from pickup to handing our baby back to us continued to uphold the highest level of care and respect.
We spent some time looking for the best place we could find to take care of our furbaby and believe we found it at Patch and Purr. They were extremely transparent and more than reasonable with their pricing. To be honest after her sudden passing we were a mess and Patch and Purr helped us in more ways than we are able to properly express. This is truly a wonderful business that helped us during our most vulnerable time so thank you Patch and Purr to you and your entire team.”
