“I forgot to tick cruise cover whilst applying for my parents holiday. Totally my responsibility and my mistake. However I only found out months after applying. The company would not add on cruise cover once the policy had been processed so we were left with a useless policy and lost £130. Looks like the small print wins again. Not all insurers have this money making rule in place. Many can amend the policy and simply charge a small amendment fee. Lesson learned.”
“During the Covid 19 pandemic we could not go on Holiday as our flights were cancelled last minute by Ryanair, so we assumed that we would be able to claim on our insurance with Paying to Much, but no they claim we are not covered by the policy we took out, really, travel insurance, they also say they are only a broker so deal with the Insurance company not tus, who put it in the hands of a claims management company, so beware they may be cheap but read the terms and conditions, you may not even be covered, we have never claimed in 45 years of travelling and in the future will not bother with|Insurance, this company are sharks. beware.”
