I had to change my holiday - date and destination. I rang with trepidation but I needn't have worried the lady who took my call dealt with my request without any problems. I received the revised insurance document in less than half-an-hour. You cannot get any better than that

I have given 5 stars for the service given whilst purchasing the insurance. However, I have just had to cancel my holiday due to my partner being 'unable to fly' due biopsies on her lungs!! I am now awaiting the results of my claim!!!

For medical reasons we've had to cancel a holiday in April d the associated policy. The call took less than 10 minutes, the handler was very professional and polite and the returned premium was in the bank in less than 48 hours. Very impressed. My
