“I done this on line. Questions were pretty straightforward. I answered all the medical conditions, but I was surprised that I wasn’t asked for the medication that I was taking in relationship to my condition. The thing with online is, that if you miss something unintentionally it could affect your cover. 🤞🤞”
“I thought the booking process for travel insurance was really good, price excellent and was really pleased until I received the policy. I clicked Yes to a question about waiting for an investigation (routine investigation nothing serious) and a warning said we are unable to provide cover and then let me continue?? Told it was a glitch in the system and confirmed you cannot insure me. Refund came through quickly but I’m very disappointed and it appears one size fits all”
