“The agent was very thorough and explained most things very clearly. i have received a schedule and take this is the policy document. A part refund was given for clerical errors in my schedule which were rectified upon me calling, very satisfied. Only time we find out how good a company were dealing with is if we are unfortunate to make a claim. But i would recommend this company if you have health issues”

After longish delay he came back to say mgr had left building, but he had arranged for a mgr to ring "tomorrow" ie yesterday Sat. No call came from you/your company.”
“All good BUT... Enquired if I was covered to travel to Turkey and they said it says so on P9 of their booklet.Never sent me one but their certificate says 'Europe'.However they have confirmed in writing I am covered for Turkey.Still no mysterious booklet though!!!”
