“You were quick on Friday and quoted something possible for cruise travel insurance at first. Then Your agent became more negative and I had to ask to speak to his direct boss. After longish delay he came back to say mgr had left building, but he had arranged for a mgr to ring "tomorrow" ie yesterday Sat. No call came from you/your company.”
“All good BUT... Enquired if I was covered to travel to Turkey and they said it says so on P9 of their booklet.Never sent me one but their certificate says 'Europe'.However they have confirmed in writing I am covered for Turkey.Still no mysterious booklet though!!!”
