“I needed travel insurance for our upcoming holiday. Both of us have had previous health issues which we declared . Paying too much provided lots of good quality coverage, including coverages for the USA and Caribbean at the best price for an annual policy . Just hope we don’t need to use it .”
“The cost is good but when it comes to a claim not so good. I lost my purse/wallet in Dubai and I made a claim because I had cash and Dirhams in the wallet. Plus my wallet was expensive to replace. Which I couldn’t because I didn’t get what I needed they kept asking for proof of the over 600 dirhams I had. Which I eventually found and sent and I heard nothing back. I have this policy until Feb next year. I hope I don’t have damage or loss of anything. I also did NOT claim for the flight cancellation I had due to fire at Heathrow. and had to pay for another flight over £1000 to get home. So I’m not happy. I wouldn’t recommend.”

“The gentleman who served me was very good and patient with me. When I realised I had put in one number wrong with in moments of finalised I was a little dismayed to be charged a further cost, I made the call almost instantly so was a little put out by the extra charge. If I had noticed days after I had completed I would have understood but a few minutes I that that a little harsh.”

“I’ve been with Paying too much for my travel insurance now for a number of years and always been happy with them. Supplies my needs either for Annual policy, single, or cruise cover. Very good rates (in my opinion) I did shop around this time but came back happily to Paying too much. Service and knowledge of lady who helped me was very good and when one policy didn’t suit me was happy to find one that did. I would recommend you try it.”
“The price is acceptable but one complaint is tiny but I did ask for the details to be posted out to me they said it would take 10days, 21days later still nothing so had to ring back and ask them again to post the details out to me and yet again I have to wait another 10days.”
