“How can one do a full and comprehensive review on just the process of buying the travel insurance - a quite straightforward process comparing price with the cover provided? Surely a true test would be if you had to claim, which in the past I have never had to do!”

Think there was only one member of staff on duty. I had to redial twice so I could speak to salesperson and then to Customer Services. Don’t think I would this company again.”

Wasnt exactly something to shout about, I've got to be honest, whe I first spoke to the advisor, I didn't feel too comfortable, but as the time went on it got better, I didn't like being called mam, I had to ring back for something, and the guy called me mam too, he was a little rude and raised his voice at one point, I think a little more training in the customer service dept may help, I've been in fashion retail for over 50 years and always made the customer feel special.”
